Looking for some gentle and restorative energy healing? Reiki is just that. It is a light touch therapy that brings energetic flow to your body.
It's space to allow yourself to slow down, to be in stillness. To relax and let the reiki flow, clearing emotional, physical, and spiritual blocks. The blocks that manifest from old trauma, unexpressed grief, over-stimulation -- blocks that occur from being a human in this world.
I honor your needs, whether that means falling asleep on the table or exploring blocks as they present themselves. I create safe and sacred space to support you on your healing journey.
