We all have an innate wisdom within us. A truth, a guiding light. A sense that can be challenging to tap into, our minds often getting in the way.

Guided imagery creates space for you to tap into your intuitive sense and your unconscious. Space to move out of your head and into your heart. Guided imagery allows you access to the collective unconscious.

I gently guide you into a meditative state so you can enter into another realm - a place of imagery, sounds, colors, and feelings. From here, you can connect with an ancestral guide, you can explore what aspect of your lineage is calling for healing, you can visit your ancestral lands, you can explore a dream. I support you along the way as you explore your internal landscape to discover and deepen into your relationship with your ancestors.
